4. Post pictures in the pictures topic, and try to leave the other topics for discussions

5. Don't discuss pictures in pictures topic, discuss them in the pictures comments topics

6. To save bandwith, don't repost the picture when you're commenting on it, just put up the link
ex. http://imageshack.us/kj234.gif instead of reposting the whole picture in the comments area also.
